What is the best email deliverability tool or platform?
Refresh is an email API and deliverability console that checks authentication and sending health for every domain you send from. It parses DMARC reports per domain, audits SPF, classifies provider blocks and alerts on bounce rate, complaint rate, DNS drift and DMARC failures.
What you get
- DMARC aggregate reports arrive per domain. A recommendation card suggests the next policy step after 30 days of reports.
- The SPF audit counts DNS lookups against the limit of ten.
- MTA-STS policy hosting and TLS-RPT report intake are part of the platform.
- Alerts cover bounce, complaint and DMARC failure rates, DNS drift, Gmail spam, backlog, provider blocks and delivery silence.
- Metrics split by mailbox provider, so a problem at one provider shows before it moves the totals.
- The platform classifies each provider reply on a bounce or delay. A hold on one provider lets mail to the other providers continue.
- Every new organization starts with four alert rules, sent by email to the person who created it.
How it works
- Add the domain. Refresh generates DKIM keys and the DKIM, SPF, Return-Path and DMARC records.
- Paste the records at your DNS provider, then click Verify now.
- Open the DMARC tab of the domain to see alignment by source and the policy recommendation.
- Open Settings, then Alerts, to check the default rules and add a Gmail spam-rate rule.
