Paused sending and appeals
Write to hello@f5send.com. A person replies within 24 hours. The sending policy tells you what a pause looks like and what we need to resume sending.
Privacy requests
For your account data, write to hello@f5send.com. We answer within 30 days.
Did you receive an email that was sent through Refresh? Then the sender controls your data. Send your request to the sender first. If you cannot reach the sender, write to us and we forward your request. The Privacy Policy gives the full details.
Security reports
Write to hello@f5send.com. Our security.txt file gives the same address. Trust and security tells you how we isolate customers and hold DKIM keys.
