Refresh

How do I send email from many domains or brands in one account?

Refresh is an email API and console built for senders with many domains: every plan includes unlimited sending domains, each with its own DKIM key, DNS records and verification. Domains are grouped into organizations, each with its own members, API keys, suppression list and logs, so one login covers every brand without mixing them.

What you get

  • Unlimited sending domains on every plan, including Free.
  • A DKIM key pair is generated for each domain; the private key is encrypted at rest.
  • API keys can be restricted to the domains you name.
  • Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes suppress across every domain in the organization, with the reason recorded.
  • DMARC aggregate reports are parsed per domain.
  • Each domain can name a second sending region for automatic failover.
  • Organizations are marked internal or client, with admin, member and viewer roles; nothing crosses an organization boundary.

How it works

  1. Add the domain. Refresh generates the DKIM key and the full record set: DKIM, SPF, a custom Return-Path and a DMARC record.
  2. Paste the records at your DNS provider. The verifier keeps checking and names what is still missing.
  3. Send through the API or the SMTP relay on port 465 with a key scoped to that domain.
